Will I have access to the lease agreement?
Owners are welcome to review lease agreements before finalization. As your property manager, Avant Realty handles lease execution unless other arrangements are made. -

While our primary focus is property management, we can connect you with trusted real estate professionals if you're looking to buy or sell. -
When and how will I receive my rental income?
Owner distributions are processed on a consistent schedule, typically via direct deposit, once rent has been collected and any property expenses have been reconciled. -
What is your rent collection process?
We use Rentvine’s tenant portal to facilitate secure, online rent payments. We also manage any late payments according to the terms outlined in each lease. -
What lease terms do you offer tenants?
Standard lease agreements typically span 12 months. However, we can tailor lease durations based on your goals and current market trends. -
How is the security deposit amount determined?
Security deposits are set based on market conditions and legal guidelines, usually equal to one month’s rent. Factors such as tenant screening results may also influence the amount. -
How quickly can you start managing my property?
We’re ready to begin management as soon as the necessary agreements are signed and your property is prepared for the rental market. -
What kinds of properties do you manage?

What types of reports will I receive?
